What is kinesiology tape good for

Kinesiology tape is a flexible and elastic tape for physical therapy that supports your muscle, joint, and tendon. It moves with your movement and does not limit normal activities. Unlike white cotton sports tapes you may see on TV worn by athletes such as gymnasts or weightlifters, it is not rigid and not intended to limit motion or decrease circulation.
